Are the prints limited edition?

Yes. Each piece in the Editions collection is part of a limited run. Once an edition sells out, it won’t be reprinted.

How are the prints made?

Each artwork is professionally printed on premium, fine art paper. This matte finish paper is produced in a cold press method and made from 340gsm 100% cotton that is acid, lignin and chlorine free for excellent durability and stability.

How long will my order take?

All prints are made to order. Please allow around 10-15 business days for production, plus delivery time. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

WHAT GLASS SHOULD I CHOOSE?

The glass you choose affects both how your print looks and how well it's protected over time. Here's a simple guide to the three options on offer:

Standard Clear, good quality glass with no special coatings. A solid choice for spaces with minimal natural light or where the print won't be exposed to direct sun. The most affordable option.

Non Reflective (Tru Vue Reflection Control) A non-glare glass with a matte finish that diffuses reflected light, making it easier to view your print without distracting reflections. A great choice for brightly lit rooms or spaces with overhead lighting directly opposite the wall. Provides some UV protection to help slow fading over time.

Tru Vue UV70 A premium, virtually invisible anti-reflective glass that eliminates glare without any matte finish, so colours and detail come through with exceptional clarity. Filters up to 70% of UV rays, making it a good choice for spaces with natural light. The clearest viewing experience of the three options.

Not sure which to choose? As a general guide select standard glass for low light spaces, non reflective for bright or artificially lit rooms, UV70 for spaces with natural light where you want the best possible clarity.

Do you ship internationally?

No not currently, however please email me with your location and order request as I may be able to organise this for you. hello@editionsbysamantha.com

Can I return or exchange my print?

Because every print is made to order, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Will the colours look the same as on my screen?

Colours are represented as accurately as possible, but please note that slight variations can occur due to monitor differences and the natural finish of fine art paper.

How should I care for my print?

Handle your print carefully, ideally by the edges or with cotton gloves. I recommend professional framing using UV-protective glass and hanging your artwork out of direct sunlight to keep it looking its best for years to come.

Can I purchase a digital file instead of a print?

No - all artworks are available as physical fine art prints only. Every image remains the copyright of Samantha Donaldson and may not be copied, scanned, or reproduced in any form.
